This beautiful vintage china antiqued bronze pendant was created from a popular mid-century modern china pattern, "Sun Light", manufactured by Edwin Knowles that features a central bouquet of bright yellow five-petal wildflowers accompanied by muted gray & tan foliage that was produced during mid-20th Century (c.1950s) in Newell, West Virginia, USA. For this happy & stunning pendant, I gathered up one of those gorgeous flowers (that will never fade!) for you to enjoy! :)
The design for this ab~fab pendant was chosen from the plate, carefully cut out with ceramic tile nippers, smoothed out to size & shape with my handy dandy grinder, then (white) grout was added to the edges to seal & further protect the vintage china piece.
I have lovingly placed the porcelain piece into a round shaped fantastic antiqued bronze plated brass bezel that measures just under just over 1 1/4" in diameter.
The necklace I am providing to wear this beauty is a 16" black faceted metal balls necklace (made up of balls with metallic-colored facets) with a lobster clasp + 3" chain extender.
*Aside from the necklace option provided, you could also hang it from most any necklace you have in your jewelry box.
**Each JBD piece comes with a 'Story Card' that tells a little about the Vintage China Pattern that was used in the piece purchased! :)
