"Blue Peony" by Noritake Golden Pendant Necklace

This stunning vintage china antiqued gold pendant was created from a Noritake "Blue Peony" oval serving bowl (pattern number 7251). This gorgeous pattern features a central blue floral spray with a large & lovely blue peony, a paneled border with blue florals & a grey/tan lattice or checkered background + a metallic platinum rim! This beautiful pattern was produced from 1978 through 1982. For this pendant I was able to capture some of those gorgeous florals for you to enjoy! :)
The design for this ab~fab pendant was chosen from the bowl, carefully cut out with ceramic tile nippers, smoothed out to size & shape with my handy dandy grinder, then (white) grout is added to the edges to seal & further protect the vintage china piece.
The large round setting/bezel is antiqued gold over brass & measures 1 3/4" long (with loop), 1 3/4" wide & 1/4" deep.
The necklace I am providing to wear this stunner is a 16" Aqua (glass) seed bead necklace with lobster claw clasp + 3" gold-toned extender chain.
*Aside from the necklace option provided, you could also hang it from most any necklace you have in your jewelry box.
